What I did not expect, is that her fabulous recipe actually sparked my creativity to the point where my bowl was too small to handle it! 😂

Now, what makes this fabulous salad a delicious, easy, and super nutritious Palm Cabbage salad?
This recipe is easy to prepare, even with the kids! It's highly nutritious, plus it will leave you full and satisfied. You might even see cravings fading away after you eat this nutritious salad.
Creamy and crunchy at the same time... mmmm, just writing about it makes my mouth all watery!
So I won't write you a poem, I'll simply give you my recipe and let you have your experience with it.

The proportions can be adjusted to your liking and to your intuition. This means everything is optional too. This recipe is my original creation. Which I found surprisingly delicious, I hope you will find it as delightful or that it will spark your creativity just like Carli's recipe sparkled mine ✨

1 palm cabbage
1 or 2 avocados (Reed, Haas, or any other variety you like/have)
½ red cabbage
¼ Chinese cabbage
1 handful cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls blueberries (we call them brain berries at home)
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Goji berries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon hemp oil
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 tablespoon seeds mix (see what's in my seeds mix here)
Pink (or sea) salt & pepper to your liking
Directions, easy to prepare
Get all your ingredients ready on the table, and rinse the veggies and fruits.
Thinly slice the palm, red and Chinese cabbages.
Put them in a salad bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, apple vinegar, and hemp oil.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in 4.
Chop the garlic clove finely.
Throw these and every other ingredient left on the table into the bowl.
Salt and pepper to your liking.
Mix it all.
Drink some water, tidy up, and you are done!
