Here, I share my seed mix that I use a lot in my salads or on toast with avocado for example. You will find it in several recipes because it is full of fiber to take care of our precious good gut bacteria; it also provides us with many essential nutrients to support good health.
List of Ingredients
Take an airtight glass jar 🫙 and drop the following ingredients in it:
Flax seeds
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Hemp seeds
Pistachios
Almonds
Dried cranberries
Goji berries
When you make your own, you may add walnuts if you have some or any other nuts to your liking. You may choose differently, remember we all are different, therefore our needs are different. It's important to listen to your body to find out what works for your body.
