Are you a coach, a therapist, or a healer?

I’m a blend you won’t find in the usual boxes. I don’t fix—I help you shift. I use holistic and integrative coaching, energy medicine, and real-life tools to help you feel like you again. I’m not a therapist, but we go deep. I’m not a classic coach, but you’ll get practical steps. I’m not here to label you—just to help you reconnect.

Is this spiritual? Do I need to believe in anything?

You don’t need to believe in anything — just be curious.

Some people feel the energy. Others simply notice they’re breathing easier again.

You don’t need to be “spiritual” or “woo-woo” for this to work.

You just need to be open to trying something new… or rather, new to you.

In truth, many of the techniques I use have been practiced around the world for thousands of years — some for over 4,000 years.

Do I have to talk about my trauma?

Nope. You’re always in charge. You can share what you’re ready to or keep it quiet and let the body do the talking to begin with. This isn’t about reliving your story—it’s about finding your strength and building safety from the inside out.

 

What kind of methods do you use?

I’m a certified Integrative Health Coach with a holistic approach — blending body-based techniques, energy tools, coaching, and nutrition.

A big part of my work is inspired by Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine, which helps rebalance the body’s natural energy systems in a simple and practical way. I also use insights from integrative nutrition and mind-body coaching to support you where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Are you certified?

Yes, I’m certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as an Integrative Health Coach.

I’ve also studied extensively in Eden Energy Medicine, which forms the backbone of much of my work.

I combine this foundation with years of hands-on experience, intuitive guidance, and a variety of holistic tools — always shaped around what works best for you.

What’s the difference between a 1h, 2h, and 3h Stress Relief session?

It’s all about depth and what you’re ready for:

  • 1 hour – A quick rebalancing: stress release, emotional resets, and/or preventive work.

  • 2 hours – Go deeper: uncover patterns, shift stagnant energy, reconnect.

  • 3 hours – Full reset: deep healing with time to explore root causes, plus a chakra cleanse when your body calls for it. It’s a full-body exhale.

What’s the difference between a 1h and 2h Integrative Health Coaching session?

The difference is space. Space for exploration, integration, and breakthroughs.

  • 1 hour – Focused and practical. We work with what’s most present for you right now and get to the heart of one key area.

  • 2 hours – More space, more clarity. Ideal when you feel stuck, pulled in many directions, or want to explore what’s underneath. We connect the dots, shift perspectives, and dive deeper — at your pace.

What’s the Inner Shift session?

It’s my signature premium experience — a full-body, full-heart reset designed for those who carry a lot and rarely take time for themselves.

Do you offer coaching without energy work?

Yes — and I also offer coaching with energy work, if you’re open to it.

Energy work is simple and non-invasive. It’s often the missing piece when mindset work isn’t quite enough.

Can I book directly with you instead of online?

Can I pay in cash?

Yes — but only for in-person sessions, and you'll have to plan your session directly with me.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens — I get it.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are charged in full.

What kind of time commitment is required for these sessions?

The good news is: it’s flexible and designed to fit your organization’s rhythm.

 

  • Individual “pit stop” sessions can range from 15 minutes up to 90 minutes per person. These one-on-one sessions are scheduled so that team members come in individually, meaning the rest of the team keeps working while one person recharges.

  • Group sessions or workshops can be arranged for those who want to go deeper together. These are longer and can be tailored in length, depending on what works best for your team.

 

In addition, I ask participants to spend just 5–15 minutes per day applying the tools in real life. This is a very light commitment but makes the results last.

 

Together, we’ll decide on the set-up that best supports your people — clear in structure, but flexible enough to adapt to your needs.​​​

When people feel more balanced and supported, it shows — for themselves, their colleagues, and the organization.

Is this approach adaptable to different departments or roles within our organization?

These techniques are easy to integrate as short daily practices and have been shown (in Eden Energy Medicine case studies) to reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen the immune system.

I can teach these routines directly to students, or train teachers to guide them themselves — so it becomes a consistent part of the school day. Targeted support in small groups is also possible.

Can I really change, or is this just how I am?

Yes, you can change. You are not your patterns. They may have helped you cope until now, but they don’t define you. The fact that you’re asking this question already shows that part of you knows more is possible. That’s the part we’ll work with.​

I don’t even know what’s wrong, can you still help?

Absolutely. You don’t need to find the right words — your body already knows. I’ll guide you to listen to it in a new way. We follow the signals, not the story. This work isn’t about labeling the problem, but about restoring your natural flow so your system can do what it’s designed to do: support you.

Is this going to be too ‘woo’ for me?

Not at all. Unless taking care of your nervous system counts as ‘woo’. What I offer is grounded, practical, and real. You don’t have to meditate on a mountain or wave crystals around — just show up as you are, with a bit of curiosity and an open mind. That’s all it takes to begin.

What if I can’t explain what I feel?

You don’t need to. In fact, that’s often the best starting point — right in the middle of the confusion. You’ll be surprised how much can shift without you needing to explain or analyze. This work isn’t talk therapy. It’s about tuning in to your body, not talking through every detail.

Do I have to be good at talking about my emotions?

Nope. You can be silent, messy, awkward, or even skeptical. I’m not here to judge — I’m here to meet you where you are and guide you from there. We work with what is, not with what should be.

I’m not good at sticking to things, is that a problem?

No. In fact, it often means your nervous system is already overloaded. What we do together helps shift that from the inside out. You don’t need to force discipline — you need practices that truly fit you. We’ll build those together.

What if I start and then fall back into old patterns?

That’s part of the process — you’re human. Patterns don’t disappear overnight, but they do shift with the right support. And if you fall back, you’ll know how to move forward again. That’s the real win.

Do I need to believe in energy for this to work?

No. Energy works whether you believe in it or not — just like gravity. You don’t have to believe it, you only need to notice what happens when we work with it. Most people don’t believe in it — until they do.

I don’t want to talk endlessly about the past, is that okay?
