There are no right or wrong answers—just go with your first instinct. Don’t overthink it! This test captures how you feel right now, in this moment. Your answers may change over time, and that’s completely normal. You can always retake the test later to track your progress.

At first, I wanted to make this quiz completely free and available without asking for your email. But after many requests to receive results by email—so you can track progress and revisit them later—I worked hard (and spent way too much time and money! 😅) trying to make the email optional. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work.
