During the energy sessions, we focus on building strong foundations and cultivating healthier habits in your energy systems, strengthening your body, with gentle sequences to alleviate stress, and establishing a robust foundation for your body, mind, and soul. ✨ Mind to Love Chakra Session:

During a chakra session, we cleanse one layer of each of your seven chakras, delving into past experiences without reliving them, and gently cleansing away what no longer serves you. We focus on decluttering the chakras, processing stuck energies, and making space for the new chapters of your life. Each layer represents different aspects of your being:

  • Layers 1 to 3 are about raw experiences: Here, we address the raw experiences that have shaped your life. All these unprocessed events and bottled-up emotions create blockages, sitting there like trapped energy, waiting to be acknowledged, felt, and released.

  • Layers 4 and 5 are about beliefs, decision-making, and habits: Here, we clear beliefs and thought patterns. During these sessions, you may discover that experiences from the earlier layers have left imprints of limiting beliefs influencing your decisions, and creating habits with time. For instance, if one of your raw experiences was infused with fear, you might find in layers 4 and/or 5 a belief or habit formed from that fear-based experience. This ingrained belief can manifest as a recurring pattern of fear being triggered whenever similar situations arise in your life. Through cleansing in these sessions, we process and release these entrenched patterns, leaving you with a clear landscape to create new, empowering patterns of thought and behavior. This is how you regain control over your life, empowered to consciously shape the narrative of your experiences.

  • Layers 6 and 7 are about ancestral influences and life purpose: These layers contain elements of your ancestral lineage, your true self, your joy, your passions, and possibly your life purpose. That’s where your glory is. By navigating through these layers, you gain insights into your heritage, genetic predispositions, and the deeper meaning behind your life experiences.

This 6 to 7-month program offers 12 sessions in total, including 7 sessions of 4 hours each (see Plan 3 - Inner Shift Package for more details), followed by 5 additional coaching sessions, each lasting 1 hour (see Plan 1 - Love & Wellness Odyssey Coaching Program for more details). These sessions provide ongoing support and guidance as we delve further into defining your boundaries and shaping your life with joy, harmony, and health.
